Robert Bigelow began as an adjunct faculty member at Capella University in 2004 when Dr. Michael Williams invited him to develop and facilitate the course “Legal Systems, Labor Relations and Regulatory Practices.” Since then, he has worked with PhD, master’s and MBA students on courses including: “Managing Diversity in the Workplace,” “Employment Law,” “Human Resource Management,” “Managing Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations,” “Leading for Results,” and “Leveraging Workplace Diversity.”

Bigelow has a background in law and is a managing partner in the law firm of Bigelow & Narra, LLC (NY, NJ). He was formerly Senior Supervising Attorney with the Legal Aid Society-Criminal Defense Division (LAS-CDD) in New York City. He has written on various legal issues and gives frequent commentary on CourtTV.
